i had the BEST time here! harriet was super nice and helpful since the start. she even gave us milk when we got there, and some extra plates! the living room and bedrooms were a total win with us.
the living room was cold since the radiators werent working! i had to get a heater from upstairs just to warm it up a little. it needs fix it!

the two-bedroom apartment was totally spacious, i loved its layout with a metal spiral staircase! the rooms were also well-decorated and equipped with comfy beds.

there isnt a kitchen, but theres a fridge, microwave, and toaster. it was good enough for us, and harriet helped with any washing up we had!

the location was super peaceful, i enjoyed the countryside silence! plus, its really ideal for visits to paultons park. it was a great time!

we had full use of the tennis courts and camping chairs on the lawn! the grounds were gorgeous too. its so perfect for walks and a relaxed stay.

the house was easy to spot as i drove down the long driveway. harriet was very cute upon arrival. i found she would do anything to, including bringing fresh water each day. i could clearly see the stars at night from my window.
the staircase was uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. also, the toilet seat did not stay up. there was water on the bathroom floor when i arrived.

Good Stay in a Peaceful Setting

I enjoyed the warm welcome. The hosts provided fresh water daily and even a lemon for our fish and chips. I could clearly see stars at night from the window above our bed. I found board games, a TV, and books provided for our amusement.
The toilet seat wobbled and felt insecure. It needs some attention.

The lodge was very clean. I had towels and toiletries available. The living room was spacious with a fridge, microwave, and toaster. The bedrooms were a hit with the kids, it was such a win.

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful! We made use of the tennis courts, an added bonus. My kids loved having a go. There are lovely walks in the area, i believe, but we did not have time to try them.

the grounds were gorgeous! it was quite peaceful.
The venue is damp. The smell of damp is overwhelming especially in the living room area. the plaster near the entrance door is falling off and there is a fairly large hole, left untreated. it rained overnight, and the whole entrance inside the hotel was wet through. The door was letting in water from the drain pipe above the door entrance.
