FANTASTIC mountain escape!
fine views delicious meals
This place is a gem. The views from the pool are fine. The staff provided really good service. The meals were delicious. It was a perfect escape into nature, I enjoyed exploring the surroundings.

The One-Bedroom Chalet features a comfortable king bed, a separate sitting area, and a private balcony. These balconies gave us unbelievable views and an intimate space for relaxation.

very nice view spacious villa maintained garden
The view from the restaurant was very nice. The villa included two floors, so much space. The garden was beautiful. It was very well kept.

it went on for hours near the pool. it really ruined the peace i was expecting. the staff didn't seem to care, giving inconsistent excuses. i only got a small discount, but it wasn't enough. the manager was even rude when i complained... terrible customer service!

slow service poor housekeeping
The dinner service proved unacceptably slow. A table of six is seemingly beyond their capabilities for serving hot food promptly. The housekeeping fell short of expectations. My bed was not properly made. Clearly, the staff require better training to maintain suitable standards.

loud noise poor handling
It ruined my attempts to relax by the pool, and i found the staff's handling of the situation poor, with inconsistent excuses. It really felt that my need for peace and quiet was dismissed.

serene mountain escape
fine views friendly staff complete kitchen amazing panorama
The pool offers fine views. It feels like you're swimming in nature. the staff was very friendly and efficient. my chalet was well-equipped with a complete kitchen, so i could prepare snacks (i enjoyed that). i had breakfast with an amazing panorama.
the path to the hotel is unpaved and steep.

the chalet had comfortable furnishings and air conditioning that worked well. the bathroom includes a rainfall shower and the bedroom features a large, comfortable bed. there was also a cozy seating area inside the room. i found it very restful.
