I was pleased with the super clean rooms. The owner recommended a lovely walk for fish and chips. Breakfast service was very quick. I also liked the views from my window.

I found a lack of attention to detail in the room, for example, an electrical socket was loose.

The air conditioning was a portable unit. it was a bit noisy. This made sleeping slightly difficult.

Wonderful Stay, Every Detail Considered

I was SO impressed with the level of detail and care put into this hotel. The rooms are decorated thoughtfully (I loved the literary theme!). Steve is a very cute host. He gave great recommendations. Its location directly across from the beach is unbeatable.

I noticed some street noise late at night but it didn't drastically impact my sleep.

steve welcomed us warmly and handled my gluten allergy with ease by providing me with an extensive list of gluten-free breakfast items. the room, named (the italian job), had thoughtful details. we had chilled water and fresh milk available in a fridge to bring up to the room. the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, and the towels large and fluffy.
