unhelpful staff broken shelf
The hotel offered amazing views from the room I stayed in.
I found the staff unhelpful . I tried to organize a birthday surprise, but it was nearly impossible for them to assist. The room also was not up to standard with a broken shelf in the shower and wires hanging down from a table.
