Centrally Located Stay
central location convenient facilities individual drawer daily cleaning room decor general wear
The hotel's location proved wonderfully central. Everything I wanted to see was easily accessible. A shared kitchen offered convenient facilities. I especially liked the individual drawers for storing food.
I noticed a lack of daily cleaning service. This oversight affected the overall quality. The room's decor looked slightly dated. I saw some wear and tear.

EXCELLENT Location and Handy Amenities!
superb location shared kitchen luggage storage
The location is superb. I found it SO easy to walk to all the main attractions from here. The shared kitchen facilities are very convenient. I could store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, SUCH a big plus.
The internet was unreliable . I needed a stable connection for a video call (it was important!). The poor connection made it difficult.

Many restaurants are nearby. Endless options exist for food and drinks just steps from the hotel. The shared kitchen provides a refrigerator shelf with a key for storing groceries. Guests can easily prepare their own meals and snacks.

The self check-in system is smooth and efficient (i didn't have any issues!). Staff are available via phone and email for any assistance needed. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out adds great convenience.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. It's very close to attractions and excellent restaurants (I loved it!). The main esplanade and swimming beach are just a short walk away.

Convenient Location and Well-Equipped Kitchen

The hotel location is central, close to many attractions. The self check-in process was simple. The communal kitchen provided individual refrigerators and cooking facilities. An electric towel dryer was available in my room.
There was no front desk service. All interactions happened via email or phone. I found this impersonal. Extra charges applied for fresh towels outside of the regular schedule.

central location coffee facilities easy check-in poor air conditioning unhelpful staff no fresh towels
location are central to everything. it was a easy walk to many sites. the kitchen had coffee available and it was a simple check in process with door codes.
the air conditioning did not work good. contacting staff were difficult and they didn't fix nothing. there wasnt no fresh towels .

The location was acceptable. Near the main tourist spots and the beach was close.
The self check-in was a pain (i'm old school, i guess). It took me ages to figure out the system and there was no staff around to help, annoying to say the least.

complicated system extra fee
the check-in system was not good. it took me half an hour to understand it. i used to stay at this hotel when it was the regence, and it was better because there was staff at reception. also, i think it not good to have to pay extra for clean towels. frankly, it felt more like a youth hostel instead of a 3 star hotel.
