the hotel restaurant was decent and offered convenient dining options after a long day of travel.
my room lacked basic amenities expected in a 4-star hotel (i noticed the absence of slippers and a shower cap). the bathroom design was flawed, causing water to leak out (a glass door for the shower should prevent this). they also charged me extra on the bill and have ignored my messages requesting a refund.

Super close to the airport!

I enjoyed the free airport shuttle. It provided great convenience. The decor was nice. The check-in was excellent with clear guidance about the route to the airport.
I was disappointed with room service. The food tasted undercooked. It didn't seem fresh considering the price. Leftover food remained in the room after cleaning, unexpected.

The airport location was INCREDIBLY convenient. The tram stop is close. It made access easy. Breakfast was a good experience. The pastries were amazing!!! I appreciated the cleanliness of my room.
I noted that the soundproofing wasn't perfect. I did hear some distant aircraft noise.
