The service was perfect. Every staff member was great. i especially loved the spa with its 24/7 hot tubs plus easy access to the sauna and shower. the restaurant dinner was a standout with refined french cuisine. breakfast in my room each morning felt so indulgent!!!

the location is superb. the staff was helpful and professional. breakfast had a delicious and extensive selection of options. i was very happy with the dedicated and attentive service throughout my stay.
some minor delays occurred during peak hours.

the staff were unbelievably helpful going above and beyond. the chateau has a fine design. i chose to stay an extra night because the food was excellent
the room's cleaning service needed improvement the trash can was not emptied. the fruit was not replaced and the cookies tasted stale
