lovely decorunplugged freezer
The room was light and bright. Decor was lovely and it was so clean (i appreciated that). All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
There was no one available to speak to when i checked out apart from a cleaner who told me to leave the key on the desk. I stayed in a room and was a bit confused as to why there was an unplugged upright freezer in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They prepared an early breakfast for me, which I found very thoughtful. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I found the value for money to be great.
I noticed that the music from the bar was quite audible in my room until late.

The room was spacious, comfy, and warm. I found a lovely, big bed and a big tv, which i ENJOYED!!! Plenty of tea and coffee were available. The room had lots of space and was very, very clean.

The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me something to eat, even though the kitchen was closed. Nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated their kindness.

i really enjoyed the fast check in process it was very smooth. the beautiful king room was super clean the furniture looked new. breakfast included many options the coffee was especially good.
the shower temperature was tricky to adjust.
