i thoroughly enjoyed the stylish hotel and its grounds. the breakfast options were great (i especially enjoyed the pastries!). the food tasted lovely. i found the rooms spacious.
The bar was not fully staffed. A barman was not available to make cocktails.

The staff greeted me warmly. Front desk service was prompt and efficient. A concierge assisted with directions and information. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and well-kept. I explored many scenic spots and walking trails. The historical architecture was excellent!!!
The minibar options were limited in variety, though adequate.

The doorman Chris was helpful. He helped me with the entrance stairs. Chris also provided an informative tour of the house.
The pools and hot tubs at the spa were closed because of emergency repairs. I found this disappointing. I had a Mansion beautiful room. The only window was the door to the balcony. From the room, I could only see the building's wall.
