Such a fun stay!
beautiful gardenspacious groundshigh shower
the grounds were beautiful. i saw a beautiful park, garden, and views. the grounds felt private and spacious. staff were friendly also!
the shower only went to my shoulder. i wish there had been a dedicated shower cubicle and high shower head though.

reception and restaurant staff were so lovely and friendly! the spa therapist was fantastic. i could buy wines and goodies at reception too!

I found a lovely setting above the town. The hotel is in its own park. I enjoyed great views across the valley.

a mixed experience, some issues noted
missing fridgeunacceptable mold
The room lacked basic amenities. there was no fridge available. tea or coffee making facilities were also absent. the lack of soundproofing was frustrating. I could hear everything happening next door and in the corridor. the black mold around the bath was completely unacceptable. i brought these issues to the attention of the reception staff, and they acknowledged them, but no compensation was offered. the room's price was definitely not justified given these problems.
