I appreciated the stylish salon and bar. The staff was helpful, assisting with rebooking when our Eurostar was canceled. The location is advantageous for tourist sites, the metro, and shopping. The fitness center was nice. I liked the facilities.

the elevator serving six floors felt a little slow, stopping at every floor.
