lovely pools good location easy moped discourteous staff stained towel security deposit
The pools were lovely and there were two of them. The location was good, close to bars and restaurants. The hotel arranged for us to have a moped easily. It was also close to the airport.
I found the front desk staff not very courteous. At check out, they showed us a bath towel with a stain. They claimed we stained it, so they could deduct money from the security deposit. This was a major disappointment.

sandy walkways basic breakfast
My stay had some issues. the walkways were often covered in sand. It wasn't nice walking in sandals. breakfast felt basic with very little choice. the pool near the beach seemed a bit dated and they allowed smoking around it. It was the only hotel i stayed at that did.

balcony chairs fresh fruit modern equipment
My superior king room pool view had two chairs on the balcony. the breakfast service included many choices and fresh fruit. i used the fitness center. It features modern equipment like treadmills.

dirty street smoking allowance
i must say i found a couple things that bothered me. the main street near the hotel was not very clean, and that bothered me. also, the pool near the beach seemed a little old, and they permitted smoking near it. that really was anoying and i think the hotel should address this.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location!
pretty landscaping beachside restaurant immediate help
The grounds had pretty landscaping, and I loved strolling through them. The beachside restaurant was quite nice. The staff members are friendly and provided immediate help when I asked. It's central, close to bars, restaurants and clubs. I enjoyed my holiday.
The noise at night made it hard to sleep. Music from nearby bars was loud! Soundproofing the rooms will definitely help. I found it difficult to fall asleep early.

The staff was always attentive and helpful. They quickly addressed requests. The reception area was staffed around the clock, ensuring any issues I encountered received quick assistance. I felt secure there.

Two swimming pools were available. One pool included a bar. Both pools were maintained well. I observed staff cleaning the pool area each morning. I made good use of the pools.

Breakfast offered good variety. Both Western and Thai dishes were included. Fresh coffee made mornings nice. The beach view during breakfast added to the experience. I really like this.

The hotel is in a central spot. Restaurants and shops were close by. The beach was easy to reach. Everything I wanted to see was very accessible. It helped. I felt completely comfortable.
