an okay stay but some issues
hard bedineffective air conditioning
the bed felt quite hard. the air conditioning in the room wasn't effective, and that really bothered me. breakfast included typical italian items but lacked variety i think.

hard bedfaulty air conditioning
The bed was hard as a rock. i barely slept (it reminded me of sleeping on the floor). the air conditioning also did not work properly in the room, very uncomfortable. it was a struggle to get anyone to address this issue. i reported it twice, but nothing changed. the breakfast had limited options. It was a very basic italian spread.
