The apartment location is near paddington station. check-in was easy and efficient. the two-bedroom apartment had a bonus sofa bed. This was a surprise.
The kitchen was not well stocked. There was no frying pan.

the staff were very friendly and efficient. comfortable beds and furnishings were available. it was nice to have tea and coffee provided in the kitchen.
the hotel was advertised as having a lift. the allotted unit was a basement flat in a section where the lift did not operate. the flat was down a steep flight of stairs.

Excellent Apartment Stay
convenient locationhelpful staffmodern apartment
I found the location very convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. Paddington station was also close, about a five-minute walk. The reception staff was helpful and kind . The apartment itself was quiet and modern.
I noticed the dryer cycle on the laundry machine was not fully functional.

The apartment included two toilets, very useful for our group of four adults. The apartment size was adequate , and provided sufficient space for everyone. The apartment provided almost everything we needed.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. They attended to all our needs promptly. Reception personnel were gracious and cute when we arrived. They really couldn't do more for us .

limited tv channeldifficult access
Our room was not great! the tv only showed one channel most of the time! staff didn't fix it until our last night. also, the scaffolding outside made it hard to get in with a pram. I needed help from a stranger. it was a very frustrating stay.
