i found the staff helpful and efficient. the room was comfortable and well-kept, with a decent size. breakfast was a standout, with a wide selection of items (especially the chocolate desserts) and i appreciated the easy check-in process and ample parking.
the room lacked soundproofing, which allowed noise from the corridors to be easily heard. this made it somewhat difficult to relax at times.

the room was not well soundproofed , i could hear everything happening in the corridor. the furniture felt old and tired , the bathroom felt particularly dated with a dirty-looking shower screen. this.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet presented a amazing array of desserts. the room had light fixtures resembling chocolate squares. the bedspread featured the word chocolate in multiple languages.
the restaurant downstairs did not quite appeal to me, considering the nice options available within walking distance.

very nice breakfastchocolate treatsfriendly staff
the breakfast was a dream. it offered a huge variety of chocolate treats like tarts, cakes, and croissants. i even saw a chocolate fountain which was AMAZING!!! the savory options were limited, but i expected it because this hotel embraces chocolate. the staff was quite friendly and helpful, providing great service.
I noticed a bit of noise from the hallway.
