Really good Stay Near the Station!

The location was near the train station. It was easy to access public transportation.
I found the shower difficult to use because of the squeezed space in the bathroom. I could not adjust the air conditioning at night. I had to open the window. This resulted in considerable street noise disturbing my sleep.

I really LIKED the complimentary coffee available. i also appreciated the sweet treats offered on arrival. THE location was great being close to the train station. Bedrooms and beds were tidied daily. That was good.
the hotel offered no assistance after i lost money.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel's location was excellent as it was near several bus stops (this made getting around easy). The tram system was also close. A ticket to the airport cost only 1.70 euros. All staff were amazing, especially Ambra, Alessandra, Esmeralda, Matteo, Erikson, Daniel, Christian, and Julianic. The breakfast was very good, thanks to Giada and Doja.
there was no air-conditioning available during the nights. I had to open the window because frowst was a problem. The bathroom was small and difficult to use the shower facilities.

The breakfast included a lot of variety and suited everyone's needs, offering delicious and tasty options. The dining staff are cute to all with smiles, offering special coffee, and fresh juice. The overall experience was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly and supportive at all times, providing excellent service and attention to guests. The staff members call every night to check on everything and also provided cute chocolates on the first night of our stay.
