Fantastic Stay with Great Views

The room had superb views of the city skyline (I really loved the scenery). The rooftop pool and gym offered excellent facilities, especially with sea-facing views. I also found the breakfast selection to be very good, with lots of varieties to choose from.
The hotel was very busy, and occasionally the service at the bar on the 28th floor felt a bit slow due to the crowds.

The Standard King Room featured a comfortable bed and was adequately spacious, offering a city view from the 20th floor. Amenities included tea and coffee making facilities plus a well kept bathroom.

I asked for extra towels, and it seemed like a huge inconvenience. it took three calls and almost an hour to get them. Honestly i could have walked to a store and bought some myself. also, the elevators were slow. waiting for them was like watching paint dry. they need to invest in a better system or maybe just add more elevators

My room was very clean. I found the housekeeping service VERY attentive. The pool area provided wonderful views from the rooftop.
Check-in took an unacceptably LONG time. I waited an extended period before receiving my room key.

The rooftop pool was a highlight. It offered a great view of the surrounding area.
The check-in process was slow. I waited an unreasonably long time to get my room (it took more than an hour). the room smelled of mildew. It was not pleasant.
