The staff was friendly! The location is convenient for the train station.
The breakfast was a letdown. The selection felt limited. The appliances in my room seemed old and not fully functional. I also felt the price was too high for what I got. It seemed especially expensive for that period.

The location was convenient for the expo i attended. The food options locally were great. the room was self-contained and more than enough for myself, it was a pleasant stay overall.
Attempted to be charged for 2x city tax on arrival when it was just 1 person. on departure they tried to charge me again. It wasn't a good experience.

the room was neat. i was fortunate to stay in one of the beautiful studio apartments on the 7th floor with fantastic views of the mall. comfy bed, very clean and tasteful decor. nice, comfortable room, complete with kettle, coffee, tea etc..
big square pillows felt very uncomfortable and room temperature was very warm. the air conditioning did not work or adjust properly to cool. i was told this had to do with outside temperature so it won't get cool which was crazy.

location is close to public transport and the sky line plaza shopping center.. it is a quiet area. the hotel is within walking distance to many parts of the city. a big shopping mall is across the street.

staff was very helpful at check in and throughout my stay. the staff is empathic and sociable, very helpful when you need it. they offered free coffee and tea from the dining area at all times.

The staff provided helpful service during my arrival. They gave me a delivery service website. I found the bed to be comfortable with extra pillows. The hotel offered coffee and tea in the lobby at no cost.
I hope the bedding was changed after my use.

I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. It was a nice touch. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but offers delivery service recommendations to the guests till late at night. It's good for those who have late arrivals to the hotel.

the rooms location was acceptable because it was next to skyline shopping plaza.
the pillow was big, square and very uncomfortable. i was also told the air conditioning did not work well because of outside temperature. this is unacceptable because i could not sleep well and checked out early to locate other rooms.
