The staff provided helpful service during my arrival. They gave me a delivery service website. I found the bed to be comfortable with extra pillows. The hotel offered coffee and tea in the lobby at no cost.
I hope the bedding was changed after my use.

I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. It was a nice touch. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but offers delivery service recommendations to the guests till late at night. It's good for those who have late arrivals to the hotel.

My room had a kettle alongside coffee and tea. A mini fridge was available. The room had enough space for opening all suitcases. There was also a kitchen inside the room, complete with everything needed, even a dishwasher.

the rooms location was acceptable because it was next to skyline shopping plaza.
the pillow was big, square and very uncomfortable. i was also told the air conditioning did not work well because of outside temperature. this is unacceptable because i could not sleep well and checked out early to locate other rooms.
