The location is very convenient. I found that the metro station was within easy walking distance. A few metro stops took me right to the city center. The elegant and stylish lobby set a positive tone.
I noticed the gym bathroom was out of service .

My room felt quite spacious and it offered a direct view of Hafenpark from the 9th floor. The comfort and quietness contributed to a restful environment, I also appreciated the room's features and good facilities.

The breakfast included a diverse buffet selection. I found the buffet had something for everyone and the quality was appropriate for the price, I enjoyed my mornings here before meetings, also I saw they offer late checkout options.

The hotel is located near metro stations. I enjoyed a walk to Zeil. It took less than 20 minutes. I also took a pleasant walk along the river. The area around the hotel offered good options.

the hotel was easily accessible and very clean. the bed was quite comfortable. the breakfast included a juicer, this was a nice addition. several cafes and restaurants are within walking distance near the river.
the hotel lacked an in-room phone to contact reception, requiring use of a mobile to call the hotel and navigate an automated system. this felt frustrating and inconvenient.

The room had a kettle. It also included a fridge and an iron with ironing board. Curtains blocked sunlight very well.
I found the staff unhelpful. They were unable to explain the air conditioning system. Many guests felt the heat a problem. The thermostat did not appear to work properly. It was not a great experience.
