mixed feelings about my stay

the location was definitely a plus, very central.
The room was too small, barely enough space to put my luggage. the floor wasn't clean. It was quite dirty. they didn't clean the room . to top it off, i had to ask for an extra pillow and they acted like i was bothering them.

The location provided excellent access to the center. The reception offered a coffee machine with good espresso freely available at any time. The apartment included a little kitchenette with good equipment. There was also a dishwasher in the room, very useful.
The noise in the corridors at night was disruptive. Some teenagers made a lot of noise, difficult to sleep. The thin walls did not help.

The room featured a separate toilet. The bathroom included provided products. The bed offered good comfort for sleeping.

The reception staff were very pleasant to interact with. They readily provided assistance. The front desk offered complimentary coffee, and I thought it was a nice touch.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Issues

The location was very convenient, with easy access to trams and walking distance to main attractions.
I was disappointed by the noise at night. Teenagers in the corridors made a lot of noise one night, disturbing my sleep. The walls seemed thin. the bed linen and bedding were not comfortable.
