Superb stay!

I loved my experience! The staff was consistently great. They were ready to help with anything i needed. The room was large and super clean. Breakfast was very good too, it had a good variety of options.
The telephone in the room did not work! I couldn't call reception to ask for anything. That was really inconvenient.

The hotel has a well equipped gym, it features three treadmills and two stationary bikes . There is a good sized pool area with about twenty loungers and a shaded section. I observed these amenities and they are maintained well.

The breakfast included a wide variety of options! I found both local and international dishes available to me, and they cater to different dietary needs. The restaurant provides a good atmosphere, it is clean and well organized.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I really appreciate that detail. The kitchen had a complete set of utensils including pans. I also liked the availability of free drinking water in the room. That was useful.

the staff was helpfull and solicitous from front desk to security. i found the cafe staff friendly to, always ready to assist with a smile. it was nice they pay attention to those small details.
the bed was very firm, so sleeping on my side made my shoulder hurt. i also noticed the pool looked dirty, it wasnt inviting at all.

A Cozy Refuge

Typhoon Kristine left me stranded. I went to Citadines and I found such excellent treatment from the staff. The room was so neat, I felt a comforting silence. The dining service brought tasty meals quickly.
The room telephone did not function. I informed the front desk and the phone was not fixed. I was unable to call reception because this issue, this was disappointing.
