I enjoyed the Filipino restaurant near the casino. The staff were helpful and wanted to. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. The food was AMAZING!!!
The in-room amenities were not up to par. I paid a lot for one night. I expected more from that price point. The view from the room wasn't great either.

The breakfast buffet provided numerous food selections. i found japanese, mediterranean, indian, filipino, english, vietnamese and chinese cuisines there. the kids enjoyed the swimming pools. I saw pools catering to toddlers, kids, and adults.
i noticed the outdoor pool seemed small considering the size of the entire facility.

i found the staff kind and helpful. they quickly arranged a simple birthday setup for my mom. the room was large and gorgeous, the bathroom especially impressed me. i also received a complementary room because of a faulty shower door (though it was only for one night). i liked that i didn't need to leave the hotel premises since it had everything i needed.
The outdoor pool was smaller than i expected, considering the size of the hotel. the indoor pool was closed for private events . it was also hard to find my way around. I wished there was a better map of the facility.

the beautiful king room included automated controls via ipad. it allowed for easy management of lights, ac, and curtains. this added a modern touch to the room. the room was clean upon arrival.

the hotel staff was great. they quickly addressed any concerns i had. medics arrived quickly to help my son with a nosebleed. i found the service efficient (especially with the language barrier).

the location is perfect if you need to catch an early flight. it is also convenient if you're happy to stay within the hotel complex. taxis and grab cars are readily available if you want to explore nearby shopping malls.

the room upgrade was excellent. the room itself was spacious (i especially liked the layout). it felt very luxurious. the workers were respectful, cooperative, and quick to check me in.
the outdoor pool was a bit small compared to the size of the facility. (i think a larger pool would be nice).

I was upgraded to a Premium King Suite. It was more spacious than expected. The room was meticulously cleaned and organized, with housekeeping services provided twice daily. The staff were polite and very professional , showing attentiveness at all times.
It took an unexpectedly long time to get hot water in the room , regardless of the time of day.

There are many food places to choose from within the complex. The Filipino cuisine restaurant near the casino stood out. I especially enjoyed the variety of dishes available at breakfast , including fresh fruits and juices.
