The hotel provides access to Grand Central Market, it has many restaurant choices. Access to the theaters is convenient. A great benefit.
The area nearby felt a little sketchy at night. Still the hotel seemed safe.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and tasted very good. The common areas presented an attractive space . Complimentary morning coffee was a nice touch.
The self-service check-in process could be improved to provide more assistance. When needed.

i did not eat breakfast. the staff was inviting and professional. the room was modern and could be easily made totally dark. the atmosphere was hip with people enjoying food late at night.
the lights were difficult to adjust. there was no soap in the shower. i found only shampoo and conditioner. it was not clear if one of the shampoos was body wash.

the hotel has public spaces for socializing or working. fitness facilities are available with two treadmills and two spinning bikes. there is also a rowing machine and free weights.

I appreciated the tech integration in the rooms. everything operated via a tablet. I found the lighting settings excellent. built-in chromecast and automatic blinds ensured restful sleep. nearby parking garages are more economical than hotel valet services, especially when booked via spot hero.
the absence of a mini-fridge in the room was a small inconvenience. a chilling drawer was provided, but a proper mini-fridge would be more useful.
