i appreciated the quick support when the room was too hot upon arrival we moved to a similar room with a better view the staff was very helpful throughout our stay the location is really convenient for visiting the park or taking the shuttle.
i found the parking fee to be somewhat high at fifty dollars a day.

the shuttle to the park was really useful. i liked that it runs every 15 minutes! the room was spacious. it had a king bed and a pullout couch.
the deposit increased and i didn't have a car. i was like there was nowhere to spend that money. also, the pool was closed for two days because of an electrical problem. it was disappointing for the kids.

the room was comfortable it had many mirrors and great lighting. getting ready in the bathroom was easy. i had a corner room and the morning view was beautiful. waking up to that natural light and city view was a highlight.
the hotel is close to universal but it feels overpriced. i paid over $450 for one night and parking. i was repeatedly told that i needed to check out before 11 am. the pool was closed until noon the next day.

The hotel's proximity to Universal Studios was certainly its strength. A short walk got me to the park quickly. The fitness center had three treadmills. A good variety of equipment provided options for exercise .
The valet parking fee felt quite steep. It added a significant daily expense.
