I appreciated the concierge team. They expertly arranged my excursions, lunches, and dinners. They secured a beautiful flower arrangement (I was especially happy with the roses) and caviar for a valued client. I will book here each time I am in this city because of this team.
The service at the main restaurant fell short of expectations. Many non-guests could access it and I had trouble getting a breakfast table. On one morning, the fire alarm went off, but staff seemed unsure of the protocol. This lack of emergency preparedness is worrisome.
