The room had modern technology. I controlled the lights , the television , and the blinds using a tablet. The hotel provided a convenient hot breakfast buffet. It included hot eggs , bacon, fresh berries, juice, teas, and coffee. The rooftop pool was a great feature. It offered nice views.

i found many shops and restaurants very close to the hotel (it was so handy!). the walk to the ocean drive area took around 20 minutes through lincoln mall. i felt very secure, and my room was quiet, which i really valued. this was certainly a plus.

the room featured blackout shades that worked perfectly. the shampoo and soap provided had a really nice scent, a small but appreciated detail. i felt in control of the room through integrated technology, convenient.

the hotel accommodated my changed check-in date because my flight was cancelled. they provided me with complimentary snacks and drinks in my room due to the inconvenience (that was so thoughtful!).

inconsistent room servicedifficult air conditioning
the air conditioning unit was not easily adjusted. i could not seem to regulate the temperature effectively (despite fiddling with the ipad controls). also, the room service was quite inconsistent. i had to request cleaning on several occasions , i would have preferred a more proactive approach.
