inconsistent room servicedifficult air conditioning

the air conditioning unit was not easily adjusted. i could not seem to regulate the temperature effectively (despite fiddling with the ipad controls). also, the room service was quite inconsistent. i had to request cleaning on several occasions , i would have preferred a more proactive approach.
