the staff was polite and helpful, always making me feel welcome. i controlled everything in the room with an ipad, from the lights to the blinds. streaming through chromecast on the tv worked flawlessly, a rare find (i appreciated this feature a lot).
i found the check-in process cumbersome, as i had to download an app. it didn't work properly, frustrating after a long day of travel. a personal greeting would be more cute than dealing with technology immediately.

the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and food chains. the mall is also close, which provides easy access to shopping options. public transportation is readily available nearby.

the hotel is near the arena, so getting to the concert was easy.
the room felt small and the temperature control never worked quite right. i tried adjusting it, but it was either too hot or too cold, never a comfortable medium.

i loved that this hotel is located right by the arena. the hotel played taylor swift music the entire weekend. a bracelet-making bar allowed guests to create friendship bracelets for the event. the employees were helpful and friendly, singing along and creating a festive vibe.
the room lacked basic amenities. there was no wardrobe. i found that inconvenient.

the staff were friendly and gave a great introduction to everything. checking in was very easy using their app (it really streamlines the process). parking felt secure and was easily accessible, which i valued.

the ipad controls for lights and climate worked flawlessly. (i really appreciated this) the soundproofing was superb. the bed was very comfortable in my king room.
the hotel is a bit of a walk from the closest metro station, which can be inconvenient.
