A Romantic Getaway Above the City
rooftop restaurant amazing view
The rooftop restaurant provided an enchanting way for us to begin our visit. The live music added a great atmosphere to the evenings. I especially loved the amazing views from our spacious room overlooking the cityscape. It was sensational.
I found the elevators to be quite slow. It sometimes took several minutes to get from the lobby to our floor.

The rooftop pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, and bar on the 32nd floor were fantastic amenities to have. The gym included necessary equipment for a good workout. The rooftop pool had a shaded section and lounge area for relaxation.

the rooftop restaurant was decent.
The elevators were a real problem. waiting times were excessive. I sometimes waited upwards of ten minutes. the noise levels were also quite high. The corridors were noisy, and it was hard to find a quiet spot.

spacious room lovely bar relaxing swim
The beautiful king room was very spacious. It had a nice view towards the city. The rooftop bar, firefly, on the 32nd floor was lovely at night. The swimming pool was also on the same floor and good for a relaxing swim.
Waiting for elevators took some time.

the location was convenient. i found several shops nearby. the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views. the staff members were also helpful.
the shower in my room lacked a shower room. i only had a bath. i waited 20 minutes for a lift. the internal phones were not answered when i tried to order food.

fantastic stay and great services
great breakfast clean rooms
i really enjoyed the breakfast. the variety of food was great. staff was very helpful and catered to every need i had. the rooms had plenty of space, were super super clean and cozy.
the shower drain seemed clogged. the shower flooded each time i used it. water leaked onto the bathroom floor and i reported this twice, but it was not fixed .
