Acceptable Stay. Some Issues

The location was convenient, near the shopping center.
My room was not properly prepared upon arrival. I found that the minibar was empty, with no drinks or snacks. This was quite disappointing, particularly given that this is supposed to be a high-end hotel. There was no excuse for this obvious oversight.

the location was acceptable.
the humidity in my room was really unbearable. it was there all day, steam on the glasses and even slippery floors. i was very frustrated with this disgusting environment , it didn't go away.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC Stay!

The lobby is HUGE and excellent, instantly giving you that 5-star feeling! The staff are attentive and professional. They REALLY look after you. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice sofa. The bathroom was good. I found the location to be great with malls offering many restaurants and shops nearby.
The air conditioning turns off automatically when you leave the room. THIS can lead to excess moisture buildup.

The room included essential amenities. I slept in a comfortable bed and found the bathroom to be nice. It had a functional air conditioning system with easy-to-use controls that I REALLY appreciated. Pillows were plentiful and soft.

Breakfast provides a varied range of options. It was easy to select what I wanted. The lobby bar has great entertainment. I recommend it. Coffee and cakes in reception were top notch, I enjoyed THEM.

The staff is friendly. They aim to look after you during your stay. Check-in was smooth. I found it stress-free. Linda provided really good assistance when I needed laundry services. She arranged a rushed service.
