i really appreciated that i was allowed an early check-in after my long flight! it was very convenient to easily reach many places from the hotel. the location is excellent, i found.
It was frustrating that twin room availability was limited! i had messaged about needing a twin room, but it was not reserved. Luckily, the staff arranged a move for the second night.

the hotel has a very convenient location, situated very close to the metro! many shops and a mini market are easily accessible nearby. it's only a short walk to the mall of emirates.

the swimming area looked very clean! a weighing scale is conveniently located in the lobby. the hotel has a bar! friendly staff work at the bar too.

The employees seemed very friendly! the front desk staff was professional and kind. receptionists are helpful and jolly. Their smiles can certainly brighten your day, especially after travel. the staff is willing to go the extra mile!
