my stay had a couple of downsides, unfortunately. the tv in my room wasn't working, a real letdown. also, it took hours for staff to respond to requests, like getting towels or soap. it was quite frustrating to wait so long for basic amenities.

the hotel is wonderful (i felt so relaxed here). the staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. a special mention to aygul at reception, she always went the extra mile. the price-to-value ratio is fantastic for longer visits.

i noticed the coffee was not replenished after housekeeping visited, and i had to request a face towel.
