I found THE location beautiful, removed from busy areas which really added to the peaceful setting! Margaret and Stephen. They are genuinely caring people. The room was excellent. Every detail was considered in its lovely furnishings and equipment. Breakfast featured homemade bread and AMAZING jams.
The road leading up to the hotel is a bit narrow, making driving a little challenging at first.

serene retreat with fine views

rural vistasdelicious foodcharacter room
the b&b sits in an elevated position overlooking the junction of river broom and loch broom. the vistas from the house are rural and very lovely. on arrival, the hosts were found in their kitchen, seemingly always preparing delicious food. the upstairs guest rooms all bear the name of a character from the game of cluedo.
i noticed the absence of a tv in the bedroom though there was a communal room with a huge tv.
Service

the hosts are friendly and caring people who provide really good service they help with any issues or requests promptly and efficiently they are interested and pay close attention to every detail to make the stay really good
