the breakfast was adequate with a reasonable selection.
The room temperature was excessively high. Four fans did little to alleviate the issue. The small shower head also leaked significantly. i would not stay again without assurance of a sea view room.

the breakfast was very good it was freshly cooked every morning the dinner menu included creative dishes from the culinary team tasty food was well presented on hot plates the restaurant had very competent smiling food service staff they demonstrated good customer care skills.
i had a sea view room i could hear all the traffic and people passing by late at night double glazed windows did not block any noise the bathroom looked nice but had no space for toiletries i had to put my bag on the floor housekeeping tried to enter my room at 9:20 am to clean it was quite early.

My stay involved good service generally. staff ensured my needs met and they were polite. the breakfast had enough options. i also found the room clean and well kept. Housekeeping does a good job.
The bathroom had a tight squeeze between the basin and the toilet. That was quite odd.

The location was very convenient (close to the ferry terminal). The breakfast included a large array of choices.
The elevators were not working. My room faced a small alley. The lower section of the window had frosted glass for privacy.
