inconsistent shower temperature plumbing issue
The location was acceptable. It was close enough to everything.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It went from scalding hot to ice cold without warning. the fluctuating water made showering an ordeal. i really think they need to sort out the plumbing.

tasteless breakfast impersonal interaction
The breakfast was far from excellent. it was supposedly a full english, but lacked flavor and tasted quite cheap, so we decided to eat elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. also, i found it odd that staff were rarely visible. I only saw one person by chance when i arrived. this absence of interaction felt quite impersonal.
