the room had a slightly musty smell. a wet patch looked by the door and it seemed to smell of urine as the stay went on. these things weren't ideal. also the room was full of tiny midges.

the staff was super friendly and helpful! the breakfasts were tasty and plentiful, and they even catered to specific dietary needs like gluten and dairy intolerances. it was so exciting!
My room did not have a safe for valuables, and i didn't see any usb charging points. also, the wi-fi was confusing. a card with passwords was provided, but my phone didn't pick up any of those options. Its frustrating!

i appreciated the friendly staff and the efficient service i received throughout my stay. the room i was allocated offered a pleasant view and was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. it was convenient to have those amenities readily available.
The staircase to the third floor was a bit challenging with luggage. A lift would greatly improve accessibility.
