The location was pretty good, it was easy enough to walk to shops and restaurants downtown.

The staff at the restaurant was not very friendly. I had paid for breakfast, they refused to help with food at 6:15 a.m. since I had to leave early for a flight. 15 Minutes could have been adjusted. The room was not equipped with a kettle. That's a basic thing I expect.

The position was central, just by the harbor. the staff were very helpful. I liked sina at the front desk. dinner was included in my deal, and i found it good value. Also i enjoyed the afternoon fika with cake. i also appreciated being able to store luggage before check-in, it was very useful.

The jacuzzi had an additional fee. I did not know that upfront.

Coffee, tea, and water were available throughout the day in the dining area. This was greatly appreciated. The proximity to restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the area.
