Average hotel, some issues arose
unfriendly staff missing kettle
The location was pretty good, it was easy enough to walk to shops and restaurants downtown.
The staff at the restaurant was not very friendly. I had paid for breakfast, they refused to help with food at 6:15 a.m. since I had to leave early for a flight. 15 Minutes could have been adjusted. The room was not equipped with a kettle. That's a basic thing I expect.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
central position helpful staff good value useful service
The position was central, just by the harbor. the staff were very helpful. I liked sina at the front desk. dinner was included in my deal, and i found it good value. Also i enjoyed the afternoon fika with cake. i also appreciated being able to store luggage before check-in, it was very useful.
The jacuzzi had an additional fee. I did not know that upfront.

The hotel is located centrally on the waterfront. This provides immediate access to the main attractions. the proximity allows for convenient exploration, and walking access simplifies moving around the city's key points, ensuring ease and efficiency.

The room included adequate space, with efficient arrangement of furniture allowing easy movement. heating can be controlled to adjust temperature, ensuring personal comfort. The beds were soft and comfortable! though, i prefer a bit more hard mattress.

The central location made accessing various attractions straightforward. I found the inclusion of breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner to be a considerable benefit. Coffee, tea, and water were available throughout the day in the dining area. This was greatly appreciated. The proximity to restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the area.

The room offered good space and warmth, welcome after cold days. The bed allowed me a good rest. There were blackout curtains, a desk with a lamp, and a seating area with an armchair and a small table.

I was able to clarify several details before arrival. Staff quickly addressed my inquiries and requests. I noted polite interactions with all staff members.

The jacuzzi offered a harbor view. I did not use the sauna or the gym, but both looked well kept. There was elevator access to all floors, and the lobby offered comfortable seating.
