central terminal good service
The hotel is close to the central terminal. the room was clean. I found the service commendable! the room had double glazing, so it was quiet despite being on a main street.
the check-in machine wasn't working. This created an initial inconvenience.

great location blackout curtains
The location rocks because the bus terminal is so close, I walked there super fast. Blackout curtains are awesome, they make the room totally dark!
My room didn't have even one cup.
