mixed experience , issues with room cleanliness

ideal locationdusty floorsinadequate cleaning

the location was ideal , being central to everything.

the room was not well cleaned. there was dust in the corners throughout the hotel , not just in the room , but also on the floors and stairs. during my stay , no one made our beds , which is not what i expect from a four-star hotel.

the room looked quite worn. the shower had stains at the bottom, and there wasn't much space for shower products. a partially used toilet roll was provided. dinner was a limited selection of basic dishes like spaghetti bolognese. it felt more like a hostel.
