the hotel is conveniently located, really close to several attractions. my room offered a view of the harbor, lovely. i found complimentary coffee, tea, and cake available, a welcome touch.

the gym was a little small. the machines seemed a bit old, so maybe it's time for an upgrade.

i enjoyed the harbor view from my room. i appreciated the food selection available daily. the breakfast and dinners were simple but tasty and convenient. i liked the location close to shopping, bars, and the concert hall.

the room lacked double glazing, and a live music venue played music until 2 am. the noise from the bars made it difficult to sleep especially over the weekend.

The room i was assigned seemed rather neglected. there were several maintenance issues that detracted from the stay. The bathroom lacked floor towels and kleenex. the room safe was non-functional, a significant inconvenience. additionally, the wi-fi service proved unreliable.

The hotel offers a complimentary supper, a detail i found quite cute. i also appreciated the central location which was close to restaurants and shopping. breakfast was great and i enjoyed the variety of foods. the staff were friendly and helpful. They added to the positive feel of my stay.

the room i had faced the back and lacked a sea view, despite beautiful rooms often being pictured with water views.
