The hotel's location close to the parks was acceptable.
The gym was missing essential equipment. The treadmill I tried to use was broken and out of service, a real letdown. the air conditioning in the room barely worked. It struggled to keep the room cool, and I found myself adjusting it constantly, not a real solution

the location near universal parks was good for getting around.
The room was not very clean. i noticed lots of hair everywhere and found a sock from a previous guest. It was gross. the carpet felt damp, i would never touch it with my feet.

I have visited many times since 2017. The employees appear cheerful and are ready to assist. The rooms remain clean with good smell. The lobby looks great with a nice clean. I enjoyed the pool area.
The room walls looked a bit dark with a burgundy color. This made the room a bit darker than I prefer.

The location is very convenient. It is near several restaurants. The hotel also sits close to many shops. Access to main streets is easy making travel simple to near by attractions.
