nice staff quiet hotel polite service
the staff WAS very nice and cute. the hotel itself was clean and very quiet. the restaurant inside the hotel food was very good cooked to order. service was very polite and nice. overall everything and everyone was AMAZING.

efficient service discounted rate yellow duvet daily housekeeping
the service was very efficient with self check in. there was also fast room service. i found great value in the parking validation for a discounted rate and breakfast at the restaurant and pub.
the bed duvet cover was a problem because it lacked buttons. this exposed the duvet inside , which was very yellow. housekeeping wasn't daily even when requested .

limited service daily cleaning
i was disappointed that the room wasn't cleaned daily (i stayed for four nights). they only brought fresh towels when i asked, but they didn't take the used ones or clean the room. it feels like this should be standard, especially considering the price we paid (it isn't a cheap hotel).

The hotel's proximity to the L orange line made airport transfers very easy. i also appreciated the club living room. It offered great professional spaces. the workout room had the equipment i needed, including several treadmills. an english pub located next door provided a convenient dining option.
i observed that some carpets and sofas showed signs of wear and could use a more thorough cleaning.

Excellent location, minor dust issue
central location friendly servers caring attitude mattress update
The hotel location near the Bean and the Art Museum is great. It seemed quiet at night since it is in the business area. I found a pub connected with friendly servers, a real plus. The hotel staff showed caring attitudes, a detail I valued. I believe the bed mattress is undergoing updates, which I understand.
I noticed a layer of dust on the bedside clock and chair. This caused me minor sinus issues the next day. I only stayed a single night, however.

The hotel connects to a pub. The restaurant offers extended hours, until 2 AM. This makes it convenient for late arrivals. The staff there are very friendly.

dusty room disorganized staff
I was really annoyed by the dusty room. It's unacceptable, especially since cleanliness is BASIC. the staff seemed kinda disorganized. It reminded me of they weren't quite on top of things.
