The welcome was warm.. we arrived by boat directly to the hotel. The ayurveda center offered several massage options as recommended by their doctors. We attended a cooking demonstration with one of their chefs. The sunset cruise provided nice views.
The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and we had to request additional towels.

The hotel features a butterfly garden with guided talks from resident naturalists. A large pool is available to guests, with mainly empty space for swimming. Wheelchairs are accessible within the resort, however some areas may offer limited accessibility.

a good hotel but some issues

i enjoyed the village tour with vishnu on e-bikes. it included a visit to the local hindu temple. we also went to a local tea shop and saw the paddy fields. i met friendly locals.
the meals felt too expensive. eating elsewhere was not an option. the housekeeping service lacked consistency. we had to call multiple times to get towels.
