The staff were very helpful. They assisted with our luggage during both arrival and departure. The food was excellent. I had both lunch and dinner. I must mention the banana bread. You cannot visit and not try it.
The room was too small. The bathroom was also very small. The room rate felt high considering the comfort and services provided.

i found the staff very helpful upon arrival. our room was in a building across the street. it was quiet and i saw few other guests. breakfast had a reasonable choice and the rooftop lift was handy. lunch was readily available to order upon my arrival.
the beds were two twin beds connected with a double mattress. i could feel it on the surface.

the hotel is located in a nice part of the city, away from the center. i noticed cash points and mini markets were very nearby, convenient. street markets are also within a reasonable walking distance.

the air conditioned room was a relief from the outside humidity.
i really didn't care much for the breakfast situation on the third floor, it got pretty noisy from about 6am. chairs scraped the marble floor early and often. also, the tap water situation, with those refillable bottles, didn't exactly inspire confidence.

I appreciated the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. It was helpful because I arrived late. The breakfast had delicious banana bread. The complimentary high tea each evening between 5-6pm with chai tea and biscuits was a nice touch after exploring the city.
The only heating solution was a noisy portable heater powered by electricity. It was not very convenient. This is common in India even in expensive hotels.
