My room had a very nice view! The bed felt good. The room was comfortable and the hotel gave a good feeling, too. The location allowed a nice walk to the center.
The shower head was running together with the hand held shower jet, I reported it, but they couldn't fix it. Nobody checked if things needed refilling at the breakfast section. We asked for sugar, it was kept safe in the drawer. Coffee was empty.

The breakfast offered many options and tasted great. The hotel features a really affordable restaurant. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the main square. It's convenient. I will book again for sure, EVERYTHING was great.
the receptionist was SO rude and treated me with contempt! I asked her to repeat something, and she talked back as if I was a child.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the castle and other attractions. It is very conveniently located near all the amazing attractions. Figuring out the parking was easy and safe, SUCH A RELIEF.

The staff provided helpful and friendly service. I REALLY appreciated the efficient car parking service. The reception was kind, and the staff were always ready to help with anything needed. They are very cute.
