The location was ideal, close to many landmarks. The subway station was conveniently located just at the end of the street (very practical!). The staff were so friendly and helpful.

i found the absence of on-site coffee service inconvenient. i had to leave the building to get a cup of coffee each morning. a coffee machine in the lobby would be very helpful.

The location was great. Times Square and other attractions WERE within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. It featured a king-size bed and a seating area. I especially appreciated the prompt and helpful service from the front desk staff.
The elevators were sometimes slow. There were only two for the entire hotel. The street noise was quite audible. I could hear sirens and traffic throughout the night. I FOUND that the room lacked a coffee maker.

The room featured two double beds. They were very comfortable. Bathroom products were AMAZING!!! The location had a subway stop nearby and many points of interest were easily accessible.
The older building meant street noise was noticeable.

The room was exactly as described. I guess that's a plus.
The elevators were pretty awful. Only one seemed to work properly. It was often slow, or it went to the wrong floor. I preferred to use the stairs but it was not easy because of the steepness. I certainly got my steps in, though.
