The air conditioning unit in the room was quite LOUD. It made sleeping difficult. I also discovered hairs in the shower upon arrival. This was NOT pleasant and indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. I expect better for the price I paid.

i have stayed at this place before. i love its proximity to grand central station! the staff was always helpful. i also got a free upgrade to a junior king suite, it was great to have all that extra space and seating.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was very convenient near grand central station. the room was spacious and well-kept. i found the lifts were always readily available which was a plus.
the room i had lacked a bit of natural light making it slightly dim during the day i would have appreciated a bit more brightness.

the staff was helpful i appreciated the convenient access to a gym and a coffee shop nearby i found the beds comfortable and i liked the hotel's excellent location the pub provided a wonderful atmosphere. i found the rooms quiet too. it was a slice of heaven in a bustling city. i also liked the traditional decor.
i noticed a few stains on the carpets. the stain did not ruin my stay.
