Excellent Stay Near Carnegie Hall

Initially, I booked a Superior Double room via Expedia, but there was an error. The staff accommodated me in the correct room on the last night once it became available. The rooms were super clean. The mattresses and bedding were pristine. The bath and fixtures were modern. IT WAS perfect.
The room was small. I ALSO found the breakfast to be average for a hotel of this caliber.

The front desk service was great! The staff were attentive and cute. There was meticulous housekeeping service. The front desk staff earned special kudos for their helpfulness.

The room layout made excellent use of available space. Despite the compact room, there was a space for everything. Everything worked as expected. The room included a wall safe and good storage spaces.

the hotel staff seemed friendly. deliah, especially, gave good service. the rooms felt super clean and cleaned daily.
the front desk clerk acted rude during check-in. their arrogance stunned me. they weren't happy to give a to-go breakfast bag even the woman clerk promised. the clerk said, 'we are not going to do anything for you.

The hotel location is amazing. It's near Central Park and a subway station. The staff are professional and friendly. My room was perfect for one person. The breakfast was a perk, as was the wine happy hour each day.
The rooms are small. There is little space overall. The lobby is tiny. I do not see a reason to return unless the rate is amazing.

The room included a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Space was provided for laptop work. That was very useful. The shower had excellent water pressure.
