solid stay near the tunnel
warm room comfortable bed adequate room helpful staff
I found coming and going very easy. the room was warm and the bed was comfortable (just what i needed after a long drive). the standard room was more than adequate for my short stay. i only interacted with two staff members. Both were very nice and helpful.

the parking area accommodated many vehicles and included designated spots for motorcycles. a garden area is present, with seating. wifi is available throughout the hotel, with stronger reception in common areas.

the restaurant offers vegetarian options. a homemade pie was available on the menu. the bar had a selection of food and drinks (including lemonade mixer, though it was a bit pricey).

matt provided excellent service and ensured a comfortable stay. staff members efficiently handled check-in and drink orders. the staff was generally polite and keen to help.

Check-in was quick, i had completed the pre-check-in online. The room featured a twin bed with a bath and shower (it was nice). The bar was also lovely (friendly staff!).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed dinner, and the service was quick. I liked that the room was supplied with tea and coffee, it was a nice addition.

friendly staff beautiful room great service
I was happy with the welcome and departure process. The food was superb and the room was beautiful. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel had organization and great service.
I had an issue with insulation between walls and the ceiling. I could hear every footstep of the people in the room above. The noise made sleeping difficult.
