The location provided a beautiful view from the room.
The staff was not consistently courteous. I found their attitude to be dismissive on several occasions. The lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient. Access to hot water required a trip to the ground floor. This arrangement was less than satisfactory, especially during late hours when I expected more from a hotel of this standard.

I was pretty annoyed that there was no kettle in the room. I had to go downstairs to get hot water. the room cleaning wasn't great. Some spots were missed, disappointing.

The location was acceptable and provided a sufficient base for exploring the surrounding areas.
I found the table reservation system rather inflexible. We had to book a table each day for dinner with sittings only available at fixed times. One evening, we arrived to find our reserved table had been given away and there were no apologies for kitchen clatter that enhanced the canteen ambiance.

Solid Stay With a View
friendly staffamazing viewsventilation absence
I appreciated the friendly staff at the restaurant. The location provided amazing views. A nearby gas station made logistics easy. The parking space was quite large!
The lack of ventilation in the room was noticeable, especially during warmer days. A fan would have improved comfort, I think. The check-in process was a bit slow, I felt.

The breakfast was tasty and provided a good start to the day.
The bar staff exhibited rude behavior . They seemed annoyed when I added items to my order. When I ordered still lemonade with water, I received sparkling. A staff member yelled at me, claiming it was my fault. The room lacked proper ventilation. A fan should be provided during summer.
