loved the location!
great location busy beach helpful staff
I was really happy with the hotel's location. It's close to the bus terminal and cruiseship terminal! walking to las canteras beach was super easy. I enjoyed the promenade with all the spots to eat and drink. plus, the staff were amazing. Everyone was helpful.).
the gym was better than expected but i think they could enhance the water pressure in the shower a little.

the room had blackout curtains that worked well, awesome for a restful sleep despite the busy area. the bed was comfortable, and the free wifi was a definite plus. i had a queen size bed.

the hotel features a rooftop bar and pool. drinks at the rooftop bar were reasonably priced. the hotel is near mercado de puerto, i went every day!

the reception team was excellent, with great language skills and a caring attitude. the staff was very friendly and polite, always ready to assist with any requests. i felt very welcomed.

breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs, in a continental style, plentiful. there were spanish food options too, and i liked that it wasn't just regular western tourist food. the yogurt was very good.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.
The room was small. The toilet and shower lacked privacy. They were separated from the room only by glass. I found this design poor. It provided insufficient separation.

Solid stay near the port
rooftop pool several sunloungers breakfast food local restaurants
The rooftop pool area provides several sun loungers. Breakfast included both bacon and eggs. The location is near the beach and bus station. The staff gives good recommendations regarding local restaurants.
I found that the room was not sealed from the bathroom properly, it only had a glass door.

The rooftop bar provides a great view of the port. I saw many guests there. There is a pool with sun loungers. This area is generally quiet to relax and unwind during the day.
